Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

Whatever questions you have regarding the Australian immigration process, our consultants would be more than happy to assist. Below are some common questions but please don’t hesitate to contact us if your query isn’t answered below.
The first step of your application is an evaluation stage. At this stage, we collect the basic information required for your online application form (such as your background, education, work history, etc). We would also collect the basic documents required to start the assessment (such as your Passport, Utility bill and your CV). Once the documents and the information have been checked and verified by a licensed MARA agent, you will receive the complete breakdown of your evaluation results as well as the information about what visas you are eligible for.
The process for receiving a visa is unique for every case, however, it shares some common features, such as documents submission and verification, your profile assessment, etc. Each application is unique and the outcome is affected by multiple factors such as the type of visa you are applying for, your background, qualifications, etc. Please feel free to contact us for more specific information regarding the visa type you are interested in. If you are not sure for which visa you should apply, we will be able to consult you as well.

It is not mandatory, but a regulated immigration consultant can save you vast amounts of time and money in the long run. Firstly, our MARA-certified professionals can determine your eligibility, and recommend a strategy for the best chance of success.

They will further streamline the process by providing support and advice every step of the way, from collecting the required documents to checking your application answers. All of this prevents delays and failed applications. When it comes to complex cases, a consultant is essential to assist with legalities and represent your case.

When seeking immigration advice and support, we strongly advise you to look for consultants that are authorized by the Migration Agents Regulatory Authority (MARA). Our team is exclusively made up of MARA-certified consultants for the ultimate peace of mind.

The short answer is yes, you can re-apply, but the opportunity for re-application often depends on your specific circumstances and the reason for the refusal. Our consultants are happy to evaluate your situation and advise whether a re-application would be permitted or indeed successful the second time around.

From business visas for those with big ideas to working visas for skilled professionals and family visas for those with loved ones already living in Australia, there are lots of different ways to obtain permanent residency.

Whether you are a student attending university, or just heading here on an extended adventure, temporary visas allow you to live and work in the country for an extended period. The working holiday visa is ideal for those who want to explore extensively and make money while they do, while a tourist visa allows for shorter-term travels.

While these visas do not offer you permanent residency, the process for applying can still be quite complex. Get in touch today if you need help completing a temporary visa application.

If you are already based in Australia and need help re-applying, changing your immigration status, or disputing a canceled visa, we can help. Our consultants are specialists in securing your citizenship however complex your case may be.

The time it takes for an application to be approved varies greatly depending on the type of visa you are applying for and your specific set of circumstances. Temporary visas can be approved in just a few short weeks, while permanent visas tend to take several months or more. Using an immigration consultant is a surefire way to shorten your application time, preventing delays caused by incorrectly filed information.
